Maintenance, Repair, Support Plan
The Software Place Plus is concerned that you, our customer, have a pleasant experience when purchasing products from us. We will do our very best to meet your needs with product value, support, and service. If you have any questions or concerns about the product(s) you purchased from our company, please contact Bruce Kuemmel at 512-346-2515. Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm CST. If the product your purchased is under warranty by the manufacturer, and needs servicing, contact us and we will attempt to assist you with information you may need to contact them directly.
Return Policy and Conditions
Please contact The Software Place Plus Customer Service at 512-346-2515 for return authorizations.
Immediately upon receipt of your merchandise, thoroughly check the product received to determine that what you were shipped is what you ordered. If there is a problem, notify us within 10 days of receipt, so a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) can be issued.
Due to licensing, copyright laws, manufacturer and distributor warranties and policies, once the manufacturer’s package, hardware or software, has been opened, it may not be returnable. Please check product compatibility and version before opening.
