Return Policy and Conditions
Immediately upon receipt of your merchandise, thoroughly check the product received to determine that what you were shipped is what you ordered. If there is a problem, notify us within 10 days of receipt, so a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) can be issued.
Due to licensing, copyright laws, manufacturer and distributor warranties and policies, once the manufacturer’s package, hardware or software, has been opened, it may not be returnable. Please check product compatibility and version before opening.
Products that are defective or “dead on arrival” (DOA) must also be reported within 10 days of receipt.
All return requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis, in accordance with manufacturer’s and distributor’s policies. Returned items must be received by TSPP, or our distributor, within 10 days of RMA# issue date. Failure to return the product within the 10 day window provided, may result in the customer being responsible for the full amount of the original invoice, shipping, and the invoice for the replacement product and shipping.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA# issued by The Software Place Plus (TSPP), or when the product manufacturer’s or distributor’s return policies supersede ours.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact. All components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables & accessories must be included.
Return request on some special order or non-stocked items, will be evaluated on an individual basis.
